Platform II · Data-Centre Infrastructure
Platform II is an evergreen infrastructure strategy developing an initial data-centre phase of up to 300 MW in Malaysia, with a long-term target of up to 1 GW. The strategy targets markets capable of delivering electricity below US$0.10 per kWh and sequences power, land, approvals and customer arrangements before construction capital is committed.
The bottleneck in this market is not demand; it is power, land and speed to energisation. Redwood applies phase-gated discipline across customer arrangements, power, land and approvals before construction capital is committed. Delivery timing, income and development outcomes remain subject to permitting, energisation, construction, financing and customer performance.
Constraint 01
Secured
Anchor customer arrangements are contracted; counterparty identity and commercial terms remain confidential. Supporting documentation is available to qualified investors under NDA.
Constraint 02
300 MW Allocated
Power allocation for the initial phase of up to 300 MW is documented. Technical, substation and commercial terms remain confidential and are available during qualified diligence. The long-term target of up to 1 GW remains subject to subsequent allocations, approvals and construction.
Constraint 03
Controlled
Land for the initial phase is controlled, subject to disclosed project conditions. Site, title, zoning and connectivity documentation is available during qualified diligence.
As of June 2026. Projected gross asset value at stabilisation exceeds US$2 billion for the initial development phase of up to 300 MW (approximately RM6 billion indicative capex). The long-term platform target is up to 1 GW, subject to power, land, approvals, construction and customer demand. Supporting documentation is available to qualified investors under NDA.
